• He is a 1988 computer science graduate from Saginaw Valley State University
• Glenn works for Oracle where he works in the Identity Management group focusing on the internal infrastructure of Oracle's Identity Management products. 

• Glenn is a certified MCSE (NT4, Windows 2000 and Windows 2003), and also certified in Exchange 2000, 2003, and 2007.

• In his spare time he has developed a "Freeware" ActiveX control called FreePOP. FreePOP allows a programmer who knows how to use ActiveX controls the ability to easily access a POP3 mailbox. Literally tens of thousands of programmers have downloaded this control and are using it!
